Enquin set for Team Charity Challenge
Enquin Environmental has entered a team in this year’s Newport Wales 10k with the aim of raising money for charity. Race day is on Sunday 19th April 2020.
Enquin will be raising money for ‘Kicking Off Against Cancer’ (K.O.A.C) together with teams from Admiral and Companies House, as part of the Corporate Challenge.
Teams of 5 or more can enter – every member of the team completes the 10K, with the fastest 3 times from each team registering. The fastest overall team time wins!
K.O.A.C was founded in 2016 with one simple aim, to help and support those that are affected by Cancer and provides people with cancer the chance to take a break with their families and create some lasting memories.
Enquin’s Lucie Banks is co-founder and trustee of K.O.A.C. Not only is Lucie organising everyone, she is also running the race herself. A self-confessed non-runner she has started her training already and aims to run the whole race without stopping! When asked about Team Enquin Lucie said;
I’m thrilled that so many of my work colleagues are running for the Charity. We already have seven members in Team Enquin, and everyone is really up for the Challenge. There’s stiff competition for those top three times!
