Environmental Policy

It is the policy of Enquin Environmental Ltd to ensure that the environment is not adversely affected by our operations.

Enquin Environmental Ltd will, at all times work, within the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act, the Control of Pollution Act and any subordinate Regulations of these acts that affect our activities.

To reduce the affect of operations on the environment, Enquin Environmental will:

• Ensure waste is handled, stored and disposed of in a way, which does not pollute the environment and does not create a health hazard to employees and others

• Minimise the amounts of substances used with the objective of reducing waste

• Strive to adopt the highest available environmental standards

• Expect similar standards to its own from other parties involved with company operations.

• Ensure this policy is communicated to all employees

• Expect employees to respect the environment during their work and Managers are to take responsibility for ensuring that works are carried out in such a way as to minimise any harm to the environment

Management shall ensure that this policy is implemented, maintained and communicated to all employees.
