Health and Safety Policy

It is the policy of Enquin Environmental Ltd to carry out its operations so that the health, safety and welfare of its employees, other contractors and others not in our employment are not affected adversely by our operations.

Enquin Environmental Ltd will, at all times, work within the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all other Acts and Regulations affecting our work. The Company will also comply with the Approved Codes of Practice and HSE Guidance Notes applicable to our operations. The company will comply with the health and safety requirements of our clients and our principal contractors.

Managers are responsible for the implementation of these safe working practices on site and in all locations that the company is working. Each employee is required to bring to the attention of management, any unsafe situations that they may find. Employees are, at all times, to work safely and be aware that by their actions they should not create a danger to themselves or others.

Safety Advisors acting on the company's behalf are to report to the Safety Director, in writing, their findings of any inspections or audits they may carry out.

Health and safety training of all employees is provided to enable our operations to be performed safely, without damage to health, or property, and to comply with current legislation.

All employees are expected to respect the environment during their work and Managers are to take responsibility for ensuring that our works are carried out so as not to harm it.
