Background
As Regional Director for one of the UK’s leading contractors,
David was
responsible for the management of construction contracts worth in excess of 40
million per annum. A major part of his success was based upon repeat business
and partnering agreements with both public and private sector clients.
Management Skills
David, through his varied experience and his understanding of contractual
conditions, has developed the necessary skills to manage and control all aspects
of a project. His communication skills have proved invaluable to clients on
complex projects.
Responsibilities
David offers management support and guidance to the Project Manager and
Analysts and on major schemes he will act as Project Director. He is
responsible for the day to day management of the company.
