Asbestos Identification and Surveys

Type 1, 2 and 3 Asbestos Surveys, all carried out in line with MDHS100. Includes the analysis of samples, documentation of risk assessments and generation of asbestos registers.

Project Management

Taking the clients brief; the preparation of any necessary tender documentation; site surveillance and auditing. Project completion is effected with all necessary cost control, budgeting and forecasting.

Sample Analysis

All samples analysed in our UKAS Accredited Laboratories in Cardiff.

Air Monitoring

Including background, personal, reassurance and clearance monitoring.

Management Plans & Re-Inspections

Production of Management Plans and re-inspection service, updating asbestos condition, including review of Priority Risk Assessment detailed in initial asbestos survey report.

Asbestos Awareness Training

A broad range of courses and seminars are available and can be tailored to meet our clients needs.
