Well done Suzanne – you did it!
Last Sunday, one of our Senior Asbestos Consultants, Suzanne Foster, ran her first half marathon with her sister Jennifer and raised money for St David’s Hospice Care (Gwent and South Powys).
St. David’s Hospice Care provides free community-based hospice care to people with cancer or any other life threatening illness living in Gwent and South Powys. Donations help to provide the services that give patients a real choice about where they spend their final days.
Commenting on her first half marathon, Suzanne said “It was fab, I’d done quite a bit of training, but I’d never run 13.1 miles before. I was really pleased with my time, 1 hr. 51 mins; the course was lovely and the weather was perfect. I was buzzing when I finished it”.
